The hotel room was dirty. When we checked in apparently it wasn't cleaned well enough because there was a wash cloth on the floor by the air conditioner unit. The hotel had 2 pools, one was heated and the other was not. The unheated pool was terribly cold and very little people were swimming because of the temperature.
